科研簡(jiǎn)介

專注于開發(fā)高效、特異的體內(nèi)基因遞送策略。通過(guò)篩選優(yōu)化脂質(zhì)納米粒(LNP)及設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化mRNA序列,使其能夠聯(lián)合超聲靶向微泡空化實(shí)現(xiàn)靶向體內(nèi)特定組織器官乃至特定類群細(xì)胞遞送mRNA,同時(shí)屏蔽外源mRNA在非超聲輻照部位的表達(dá),實(shí)現(xiàn)體內(nèi)定點(diǎn)的基因表達(dá)乃至基因編輯,用于治療動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化、癌癥等疾病。
