科研簡介:

   主要研究方向有蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)與功能,多尺度結(jié)構(gòu)化食品膠體的設(shè)計及其對腸道穩(wěn)態(tài)的調(diào)節(jié)作用、天然高分子基食品包裝材料、天然高分子基膠體遞送系統(tǒng)等方面。目前已參與發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文40余篇,其中以第一(通訊)作者在ACS Nano,Trends in Food Science & Technology等SCI期刊發(fā)表論文16篇,高被引論文1篇,影響因子大于10分的論文5篇,論文總被引1000余次,h因子17。參與國家發(fā)明專利申請10余項,已獲授權(quán)4項。多次在國內(nèi)外會議上進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)報告。
