教學簡介:

曾主講本科生課程《食品毒理學》,《食品生物化學》、《食品酶工程》等。教學評估中曾獲得校級“優(yōu)秀一等”榮譽。

科研簡介:

從事食品源植物多酚生物資源開發(fā)利用、納米材料制備及其在阿爾茲海默癥治療、降脂減肥等領(lǐng)域的研究工作。已先后主持國家自然科學基金項目、江西省自然科學基金項目、和江西省教育廳科技項目等6余項,并作為主要成員參與國家基金、中央財政農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣經(jīng)費項目、江西省自然科學基金及江西省教育廳科學技術(shù)研究項目等7余項。在納米材料、生物化學、食品營養(yǎng)等領(lǐng)域國際高水平SCI期刊Acta Biomaterialia、Nanoscale 、Journal of Materials Chemistry B、Journal of Functional Foods、European Journal of Nutrition、Food Function和Biomaterials等發(fā)表論文30余篇。申請發(fā)明專利7件,授權(quán)發(fā)明專利4件。
