科研簡介:

在極端環(huán)境微生物酶發(fā)掘、酶的結(jié)構(gòu)功能、合成生物學(xué)等領(lǐng)域進行了深入研究。主持國家自然基金青年基金項目1項,福建省高校杰出青年人才項目1項,福建省自然科學(xué)基金項目、校人才基金和??萍及l(fā)展基金等共4項,作為課題骨干參加國家863項目1項。在Bioresource TechnologyScientific Reports、PLoS ONE、Applied   Microbiology and BiotechnologyBiochemical   and Biophysical Research Communications等刊物上發(fā)表SCI論文25篇,其中以第一作者或通訊作者發(fā)表17篇。申請發(fā)明專利6, 其中獲得授權(quán)4項。
